Change in things.

Helloo! I'm trying to change some things on my blog and tumblr. But still, I need and want some opinion. Be it anyone reading this. I wanna change my URL but I really have no idea what to change it to.. Both my tumblr and blog had the same url. But before writing this post, I just changed my tumblr.

I have no idea what to change it to. So I just used my name. If possible, comment me to suggest what I should change it to. Also, should I change the layout of my blog and tumblr page? Ahhh.. I gonna have a headache deciding and I'll probably need some help as well.

Anyways, did I mention before? That why I use my name as Sim Jia Min instead of Jasmine? My full name on my passport and NRIC is Sim Jia Min, Jasmine. Since young no matter where I go I've always been using "Jasmine" to introduce myself. So people around me got used to calling me "Jasmine" as well. I can't really remember since when I started liking to use "Sim Jia Min". I just find that "Jasmine" is too common although it is still my name and I don't hate it. Also that my actual name is actually "Sim Jia Min" cause its being placed at the front. So that is why I started using "Sim Jia Min" more often.

Sometimes I wonder to myself why don't my parent give me other names maybe not as common as "Jasmine". Like I said I don't hate nor don't like just that it becomes too common and then you know. Whenever you hear "Jasmine", you'll think people are calling you. Just like that I have a close friend named Jasmine as well. Same class since secondary one and two. Then from secondary three onward, we only attend same chinese class and f&n class. F&N class is the worse. Whenever we're in the kitchen and someone shouts "JASMINE!!!!". Can you imagine that? In the kitchen busily learning how to cook. Gosh. We'll be like "Which Jasmine you calling?!?! Can state properly a not?" HAHAHA. So I think during secondary four and five people started calling me "JiaMin" or "Sim" in the kitchen.

Now while I'm writing this post, I'm currently sitting in the kitchen. Feeling so tired for no reason. Slept for more than six hours already yet I'm still in the "only slept for an hour" mode. I'm even lazy to head to the toilet to bathe. Okay, better make my way to the toilet before mummy sim comes back and start nagging at me for being a dirty girl :<

Didn't get to update about other thing because the previous post was filled with all the prom and graduation photo and stuff. So this post is an update of ytd. Went to cine to watch The Hunger Games : Catching Fire with ernie, kairei and haikal. Was nice but I don't like how abruptly it ended. Pfft. 

Anyways, I have cravings for seaweed. Not only now but every time!!!!!!! Don't know why not others but just seaweed :/ HUL!!!!!!! I just finished the last packet this afternoon. Shall go get some tomorrow. Btw, I've got job. Two in fact. One is at the IT fair from 28/11-1/12 then the other at Royce but I'm not sure whether its confirmed already anot. But yeap. I hope they'll call me tomorrow. I'm too lazy to transfer they photos we took ytd. Shall update this post again tomorrow!

At last it's prom night~ Had a super awesome and fun night with friends and teachers! Although its only a short period of time compared to the eight hours of time we spend in school for five days and in total of almost three hundred days, this four hours of the night of 21st November 2013 is way way way way much more memorable than any other day. Everyone enjoyed themselves including me :> I really love this four hours of 2013.

I did mention in my other post before that finding my prom dress was a chore and omg. I indeed took a long time to find one nice and suitable one for me. But still, managed to find it before prom. My heels were bought like a week before I found my dress. For accessories I only got a golden ________ (I don't think its called as bracelet, so is it a bangle?) from f21. And my dress from h&m. I did my own manicure and pedicure. To match my dress I went to etude house to hunt for nail polish. Their nail polish dries up easily after I use it awhile but the colours they have are really nice :> So I found and bought the christmas special set. It comes in a set of three. One shiny blue, one shiny white and one with those bling blings inside. Manicure I used blue, pedicure I used the shiny white for first layer then another coating of the bling bling on top.

I wanted to do my hair, but nope. No time. Everything was in a rush thanks to my bra. Because my dress focus was at the back. So I can't possibly wear a normal bra which would just ruin the whole design. So I happen to see chloe's (bitesizemonster / blogger)  update on her ig which she did an ad for bras. I saw and bought the backless adhesive bra from ForHer.com . I thought that would be able to hide the sides of the bra in the covered area of the dress but nope. I could see the bra from the side still. No choice, I'm only left with wearing nubra. So I wore that. But.. because I was in a super rush time, I kept perspiring!!!!! If the nubra comes in contact with liquid it won't be able to stick, so I have the feeling of the bra wanting to fall off. Until I step into the ballroom, that's when I really start to cool down, the bra is secured without the feel of it dropping. Gosh. Okay, so the prom starts~ Whoop! Due to first come first serve basis, all of us had to "chop" our own seats. My table was filled with 5A girls. While the 5A boys were all spread over everywhere in every table because they came in late. My table, no. 11, was at the front of the stage. We played games and although some were super lame, all of us were super engross in it!

Actually I fell asleep earlier, but yeap.

Of course, I woke up at around 11am. While most of the others woke up at 2pm.

Reason..? HANGOVER~

Had breakfast with another batch of people. Ernie pulled me along.. And I felt like I was extra there!

I don't even really know them well just knew that they were my juniors and we're in the same school and of course some other gossips which are secrets. Other than that, I don't talk to them in school at all. So they spent the brunch time talking about them drunk-calling ernie. And gossip about prom and all. GUYS DO GOSSIP AS WELL KAY?! HAHA. Afterwards I headed home to watch MAMA. In the end, it was the television who was watching me. I watched the red carpet for only half an hour and I fell asleep on my sofa. See how tired I was still.. But I woke up at 7plus. Luckily I didn't miss 2NE1 or BigBang's performance. Awesome performance btw! G-dragon oppa had a hairstyle which looks like the japanese egg sushi and it was trending the entire night. OH! GTOP and GRI was trending that night too. I love GTOP more. With my charismatic T.O.P oppa and handsome jiyong oppa~ Ahh.. Was hoping that there would be skydragon moments.. But :< , there wasn't any. But there was a little alien moment! You guys who followed ParkBom unnie would know what I mean :> Okay, too much about k-pop in this post!!!!!! HyoRi unnie was pretty that night too! Okay, that's all for k-pop. 

Ashley then texted me around 10plus asked me to meet at the poolside with him and dylan. It was dylan's birthday!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! Won't say that I'm a good drinker but.. up till now I haven't got drunk.

Okay, maybe I didn't and don't drink pure that's why. But I don't know.. There's many kinds of drunk right? But after drinking with them that night, I went home and lasted until 3-4am? HAHA. So I don't know. I thought I felt tired at first but I lasted till 3-4am doing my things.. Okay this sounds stupid. If you're a good drinker who is reading this, I know you're gonna say "Cause you drank mixer mah.. Not even pure. Still want to act like you know how to drink like that". haha okay, I think too much. 

Ohh.. Although we drank mixer, I've got two normal guys which went crazy after awhile.

Ohh.. Below polaroids are graduation day ones! Still can't figure out how to use the scanner so I gave up for the time being. So here you go :> 

Mrs Carolyn Chew, my teacher since sec one and two for music and sec four and five for english and my co-form teacher. Mrs chew's a very kind, caring, understanding teacher. She jokes around and plays aroudn with us. Even during the prom night when the others were dancing and they pulled her in, she joined them dancing as well. HAHA. Really a super awesome teacher. She's really super duper duper understanding. Not in a way that you give reason and she understands you but in a way that what you want to try to express of hide from, she can understand! Like how a few of us spaz over cute teachers in school then she'll be like "you like him arh? I help you to tell him?" haha. super joke. She understands almost all of our jokes and joins in too. A fashionable teacher who doesn't and didn't look or grow old after so many years. Until now, I still can't believe that she's already married with two kids. GOD OH GOD!!!!!! Oh and when I was working at the IT fair previously, she happened to be there and was so happy to see her. She talked and joke with us. Too much nonsensical stuff with her already!!!!! HEHE like I said she's like a "mother" in school to me. She knows me and understands me more than my real mummy Sim does ( but still I LOVE MUMMY SIM). There are things which I can't tell my mummy sim but yet I can share it with her (mrs chew). Then she'll be like "Aiyo.. why? You taste very bad leh.. No.. He's not good looking at all! I know right?!?! HAHAHA". That's how we'll communicate. She has the mind of ours!!! 

To Mrs Chew thank you for everything. I LOVE YOU!!!!! HEHE. 

I know she'll reply something like "Aww.. So sweet!" 

Mr Chia, AWESOME P.E TEACHER!!!! And also includes Mr Lee Hock Joo, Mrs Jasmine Yau and Mr Siva. Only the four that I mentioned taught me P.E before. All of them were awesome P.E teachers. Mr Chia other than giving us P.E lessons, he also gives us talks about life. A very caring teacher. A teacher we can joke with too. Allows us to play games we like in every P.E lessons. While the 5a1s can only do physical training. Allows us to play badminton even when the schools bans us from doing so. Let us play floorball violently with our own rules. Help us to give some excuse when we don't have feel for P.E lessons. HAHA. To Mr Chia, you're the best!!!! HAHA. As long as it isn't very serious, always close one eye one ^^ 

My favourite stall uncle and auntie since sec one. They were the first people I met when I first entered Peirce Secondary School. They talked to me alot and joke with me too. They're like my grandfather and grandmother! HAHAHA. The stupidest joke we have that no one else knows. I'll really miss them loads :< 

My fave food stall auntie and uncle!!!!! The noodle stall is like my daily must go place. I love seeing the auntie and joke with her. Although school banned fried food, she'll still prepare for us and sell them secretly. HEHE. If any teachers or MOE sees these, don't fault the auntie and uncle!!!!! They did that for us and a living as well. It's not really fried food. She just puts them in the oven and grill so not fried!!!!!! If you dare to chase them off from Peirce Secondary School, I'm gonna go on riot with all other ex-graduates!!! HAHA. I promise I'll visit as many times as I can to school just to visit them and the drink stall auntie and uncle :> I'm sooooooo gonna miss auntie's noodle :< Auntie also always like to say "If I'm the principal of the school, I'll make sure I'll fulfill anything reasonable you want (e.g. selling porridge, the the snacks all) Really funny :>

Because it was w/ mrs ng. She's a vice-principal who always catches girls socks, attire, hair and everything that girls would break the school rules. I know its her job. But still I'm just scared. HAHA almost all the girls in school are!!!! But still, I find that she's really friendly. Especially if you don't break the school rules, she's an awesome and caring vp. My uniform shirt has some drawings on it. She saw it and asked me to remove it. Not only by telling me to do so, she taught me how to do so. That is the one of the moments I remembered with her. Before I took this polaroid with her, I asked if she could take with me and the back of the hall. And she asked me "Why do you wanna take with me? You want to shoot it with darts is it?" At that moment I felt really sad and bad for her. She does knows that many of us doesn't like her. I used to as well, when I was in sec 1 and 2/ But slowly I found out that if it weren't for her and some other teachers in school, our school reputation would be really bad. With gangsters and bullies. I really like her a lot afterwards. Like she's really a kind and friendly vp, she can be super friendly with you but obviously you have to first obey the school rules! heh. So, to Mrs Ng, I don't hate you like I do before. In fact I want to thank you. If you weren't there to catch our attires, many of us would start to become rebellious. So.., thank you for being our vice principal :> And I really love to hear you speak. The way you articulate your words and especially about the "travel declaration form". I would never forget. 

Mrs Vijay, another good vice principal. She's not so strict like Mrs Ng. She jokes around with us at times but when it comes to our studies, she's really concerned for us. To Mrs Vijay, thank you for encouraging us to study hard before our O levels. Also, sorry because I know that even with your serious talks and encouragements, I actually didn't work as hard as I did for N levels. I don't know yet, but I may disappoint you next year during the O level result day. But I really hope I won't. 

Mrs Wendy Low, my chemistry teacher when I was in sec 3 and my math teacher for my N level and O level year. She's a caring math teacher who is very serious and wants effectiveness in our work. A teacher who's very on time and strict in our work. She marks our work and give back to us very soon despite with needing to take care of her young daughter at home. When she knows that we have some personal problems, she would call us out individually to ask us what's the matter before or after class. Then to help us clear our hearts and mind. Thanks to Mrs Low, I managed to score a B3 during N level for my math. Even though I know its not a very satisfying result to get for N levels, but still, if it weren't for her "push" and motivation, I would've scored even lower than what I did. To Mrs Low, really thank you for all the things you did. Making us copy notes giving us methods to memorise formula ( I love the one where you taught us the general formula song and the TOA CAH SOH). Go through qns that we don't understand over and over again. Staying back after the end of the lessons for us to ask qns, asking us to do extra practice and then to consult you if we needed help. Telling us to "squeeze you dry" because we've paid you to teach us. And most importantly not giving us up. Even though I always doze off in your class during sec 4 due to lack of sleep for cw, you still didn't gave up on me. Really really thank you. Including Mrs Chew, Ms Ammily Lim and you, the three of you were like my "mother" in the school and teacher whom I really like a lot.

HAHA OKAY!!!!! THAT'S ALL FOR NOW!!!!! I'M SUPER SLEEPY AND I STILL HAVE MY CONTACT LENSES ON. TIME CHECK 3:54AM. DAMN.. I NEED TO LEARN HOW TO SLEEP EARLY! OKAY, ADIOS~ SLEEPY MIN IS GONNA GO WASH UP AND SLEEP ALREADY. UNTIL THEN SEE YA!!!!!!!! *WAVES* *KISSES GOODNIGHT*
